Products or Services include, but are not limited to, mentorship programs, digital courses, downloadable materials, live or recorded sessions, templates, PDFs, community access, and any other content delivered via email, hosted platforms, or electronic means.

By purchasing or participating in our Programs or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. It is your responsibility to read them before using our Services.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

  • Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. Immediate access is provided to digital products, mentorship resources, live or recorded sessions, and proprietary content. For this reason, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be honored.

  • Chargebacks: You agree to attempt resolution directly with us before initiating a chargeback. In the event of a chargeback, you forfeit all rights to materials, intellectual property, and access. We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase to financial institutions.

4. License to Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share program materials; use the content to create derivative works or competing products; or share login credentials. Violation may result in revoked access without refund and possible legal action.

5. Confidentiality

All strategies, materials, and proprietary information are confidential. You agree not to share or disclose this information outside personal use. This obligation continues even after your access ends.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program, including documents, videos, and templates, remains the exclusive property of Her Digital House LLC. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

Our programs are designed to provide strategies and guidance. However, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your commitment, effort, and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your participation.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these Terms are violated, including misuse of materials or community conduct violations.

  • Address concerns directly with the Company through official channels.

    Failure to follow these standards may result in termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

13. Entire Agreement

This document, along with your invoice or proposal and our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Her Digital House LLC.
